• You approve before send, payment chase, or filing — unless you later opt into a narrowly documented auto-rule.

• No silent “AI sent the email” by default.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

• Unlimited workflow sprawl (out of scope = change order)

• Feeding client mail into public cloud models by default

• Staff SOP chat (Workspace) or public website chat (Front Door)

PRIVACY

Client mail stays local by default. Cloud opt-in only for non-sensitive tasks, with disclosure.
